If the psyllium stops you up, what's the point? I thought it was supposed to help move things along and loosen the mucoid plaque. I am getting so confused. I started the shakes again today with the psyllium husks. Now I don't know if that is a good idea or not since I'm had such a miserable time with being backed up the last few weeks. Thanks.
