Hi,
I don't think the yoplait yogurts have much beneficial bacteria in them. They also have Sugar which feeds the bad guys. I know they taste good, but the organic health food store plain yogurt would be better and homemade yogurt even better.
I found SBX soil based organisms worked better for me than the primal defense. I think I was allergic to the wheat grasses. The SBX is a little less money for more SBO's so its more economical.
