I have been drinking the p/b shakes for over a week now. I pour about a third of a glass of organic apple juice into a glass. Add a tablespoon of the liquid clay, and then fill with water. Sometimes if you add too much psyllium, it gets really thick, but otherwise it goes down pretty easily.

Be careful that you don't overdo the psyllium. A teaspoon or two of psyllium does not seem like a lot, but, it is powerful stuff. It can realy stop things up if you over do it.
