Hope you enjoyed your b'day.
Just a question about the liver flush-have been on the b&p shakes for about a couple of weeks(see my previous posts)-up to 2/day-drinking lots of water, eating little, on treadmill hour/day @5 days/week.

Seeing some ropey-like material passed--movements are now smooth rather than difficult w/small poorly shaped stools, which is an improvement. Go once--sometimes twice per day. Have done one castor oil pack.

But still having lower abdominal pain - just not as severe as in the past, and intermittently now--but still daily.

Considering doing a Liver Flush to see if this would help the Bowel Cleanse process-but concerned about possible pain--reason I haven't gotten a colonic.

Question: do Liver Cleanses usually cause discomfort if passing stones? I'm currently a ft student working on my masters and would hate to be doubled over in pain either in class or on the bus to/from.

Thanks for any information you can provide.
