I thought that maybe my kidneys were being cleansed, but I've been on this fast for such a short time, and I get nervous as well. I'm really doing a bowel cleanse, but this proves to me that the whole body benefits from this!!
Tracey, can I ask you one more question? (Of course ANYONE's opinion would be great too!)
I'm having a hard time going to sleep. Did you have this problem? Do you have any tricks on how to get my body to sleep?
