Can one still workout and do the ultimate cleanse? Or does this take too much of a toll on your body? I've started a cleanse, but poor planning interupted it (don't start a cleanse the week before a wedding [not mine] and going into job interviews; no idea what I was thinking). I would like to get back on it, but I've started working out...
