The best prevention for getting sick is washing hands. I was running a 100.5 fever with no cough or anything. Really I just drank a lot of water, took a tylenol and a teaspoon of colloidal silver. The shift went fine. Personally if someone wants to get the flu shot that's their business but I think it's a crap shoot.
