You can have any brand yogurt as long as the label states that there are live bacteria in it. I love Yoplait creme caramel. Walmart sells it for 2 for a dollar everyday. I buy about 20 yogurts each time I visit walmart supercenter as my whole family eats at least 1 every single day. Also love breyers creme savers. Just look at the label to make sure the live bacteria are in it. I also take a multidophilus bacteria caplet when eating the yogurt. This caplet contains many different good bacteria and is kept refridgerated. I bought it at the local health food store and it costs me 16.00 for 90 pills. I take about two pills a day and eat two yogurts a day. Blessings, Sherry
