I had a IgG blood test by a company http://www.imupro.com.au.
The results were positive for antibodies for wheat, barley, kamut, oats, rye, spelt and buckwheat, not just gluten. I tested positive for 75 of the 300 foods tested. I am not sure how accurate this testing is, as I have since read conflicting information.

I'm just not sure how vigilant to be with these test results.
