I realized I have copper overload when I read some old posts on the topic on this adrenal fatigue forum. I read "Why Am I Always So Tired?" by Ann Louise Gittleman , and that's where I learned about copper's antagonistic relationship with zinc and iron. When I started taking zinc and other copper-chelating supplements years ago, my body started dumping a lot of copper. When I started taking iron a month and a half ago, the same thing happened.
