thanks for your message. i've have gone to that site and learned a lot. problem is that i don't eat meat, just fish and veggies, so the organ thing is hard for me. that's why i'm doing the cod liver oil and trying to eat more sashimi and broths made with whole fish.

that's interesting about fruits, however. certain fruits like pineapple, lots of orange and sometimes grapes really irritate my teeth.
