Primal Defense IS expensive...if I were you I would heavy dose with one bottle...see how you respond...and then switch to maintenance dose of PD or use another brand...Ethical Nutrients or Natren perhaps. Yogurt and kefir are fine...provided you handle dairy well...but they won't give you as high a concentration of beneficial bacteria as a good probiotic supplement.
