Stop taking additional fiber if you are already that backed up...it will make the situation worse! Since you became sick from a colonic...that is actually all the more reason that you need them because it is an indication of an extremely toxic condition...regular bowel movements are necessary to lighten this load on your system. The action of magnesium citrate is basically the same as Epsom Salts or GoLightly...if you use any of these just make sure that you drink plenty of water and replace electrolytes that can be lost when using them.

It sounds like you need to find a colon hydrotherapist that will work very closely with you and guide you through a good colon cleanse. colonics and a Colon Cleanse work very well together...particularly in a case like yours.
