Disolve 2 Tbsp of Sea Salt in 2 quarts of lukewarm to warm water. Chug it down and stay near the bathroom. In about 45 min to an hour, if he hasn't experienced gargantuan relief, I'll be very surprised.

I have read not to do this very often, but for me, it got me started very nicely, and from then out, the P&B went right on through...
