Spelmangrad, yes I tried a colonic once and it made me very sick. Enemas don't do anything either. I have some Magnesium Citrate as a "backup" but have been hesitant to use it, wanting to try all these "natural" things. I went to the hospital once before and they gave me a gallon of "GoLightly" and I was up for two days. Where they got the name GoLightly is beyond me. LOL I ate some 'fiber' a little while ago. Guess I will wait for that to digest and then hit the Mag Citrate bottle. What a way to go!
