I love juniper berries. When I was 26 I got the measles, which really took a toll on my vision. I had collected some juniper berries from the local mountains and had started taking them as a digestive aid after eating at the buffet. After a week of doing this my vision completely recovered. So I did some extra research and found that the juniper berries also strengthen the optic nerve. I have been using them to maintain my vision ever since.
