Ok good people, I've been on the P&B shakes for about a 1&1/2 weeks now. Haven't passed any mucoid plaque as of yet! This is actually kind of frustrating. I am having numerous bm's daily that look pretty wierdly shaped and I am quite appreciative of the relief I feel afterward. I totally eliminated all dairy and caffeine from my diet and seem to have actually lost a couple of pounds. But no plaque yet, what gives?
