Too many Coffee-Enema will weaken your adrenal glands and drain you of potassium so be careful about doing too many over a short period of time. Most people will mention that a coffee colonic is not recommended because the main purpose of a Coffee-Enema is to stimulate the liver to release toxins. You only need 2 cups that will stay in the Sigmoid colon. I usually do a 2 cup back to back for best results and add 1Tbl organic blackstrap molasses. This helps to retain the enema and add potassium and other minerals.
