I use to have sciatic pain so bad, I could not walk two feet. I was in so bad pain that I could not walk to open the door, but not anymore. I started taking whole grape seeds that I group and placed in capsules and took two a day. I am not talking about some supplements but the real seeds.

Still now if I over do it, I feel some twinges and have to be careful, but never nothing like before. I hope this helps as I know what you are going through. Go back to God's medicine and you will be much better off. Have you tried olive leaf?
