Hi,

In one of your newsletter i came across a pictures where you said you could only fill the glass 1/2 full. you also mention that Rose Hips contain vitamine C. I live literally 30 seconds from the park where we have 1000000 of them.

My question is: do you just eat these or is there another way. cause if they contain vitamin C i will get me a bottle tomorrow in the park.
