No to the evil pharma shtuff, and all these bottles of too many capsules in the aforementioned list is so like the pill-popping I disagree with, and yes, I would love to get everything from natural sources- namely food, but it is so IFFY - the food. I am wanting to go further into this with the actual herbs and roots - grow and process them - drying,tinctures, etc. I would love to make my own bitters, but even more would love to get ALL from trustworthy food. ALWAYS buying organic is not always possible. I would prefer Black-Walnut hulls to any Iodine product, but ideally would be eating seaweeds?
