Hi PTree,

I'm drinking water from our well, and this water should be good enough to drink.We get it tested ones in awhile.

The colace I use as a stool softner are "Colace
100 mg".

I'm thinking about starting to take Niacin (again) for lowering the ldl the hdl was good and the doctor didn't think I was at high risk, but I took niacin before and it will lower chlorostorol.
Isn't this also good for digestion?

I will look for a liquid minerol in the healthfood store.
