Hi PTree,
I never used minerals, are they not in Kefir?
What kind would you suggest to take?
I don't think I can drink more a day then I already do, and I don't drink much coffee anymore.

I do take calcium with magnesium ,what for minerals are you talking about?
also our drinking water is very hard would that have something to do with it?

I'm sort of afraid not to take any laxatives....how about stool softners?
