Recently a friend of a friend who is an iridologist told me that I have a sodium ring. I have pale blue greyish eyes and a very pronounced white ring around the iris. I have been doing some reading on the subject and am now totally freaked out. He told me that I would get Alzheimer because the ring is slightly thicker on top. I think I have had this ring for a long time, I certainly don't remember it just "showing up" one day. I would say that it probably is more pronounced now than it used to be.

I do have health issues, asthma, chronic fatigue, thyroid issues, migraine etc. I have been working on improving me health, but the thought of ending up alzheimers is FREAKING ME OUT!

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!
