It's been a couple of weeks since finishing my humaworm. This past round caused much epigastric discomfort, which I'm still working on. My thoughts are that the parasite cleanse killed many liver flukes which are still clogging the bile ducts in the process of 'cleaning' out. I did wait a week after completing the humaworm, before starting any coffee enemas. And later I did a big liver flush. Both of these measures have helped me in the past, and now too. There were more headaches, brain fog, stiff necks, tickling ears, and rashes with itching galore...than ever before!!! These have subsided, but the digestion problems continue. I just wanted to share this stuff, because parasite cleansing is not for the faint of heart...

When I began humaworm several months ago, I thought it would be simple. As it became more intense with its thoroughness, I began to wonder if I didn't open a 'can of worms'(hee hee). It seemed more complicated than I cared for. I worried how my family, as prospectives, would respond to it, if ever they tried it. And I found myself thinking that maybe it wasn't such a good idea, stirring things up. After all, who knew what the heck was going to show up, or how I was going to be feeling? There's been alot showing up, more than flukes, and I thank all of you who have shared your pics and suggestions. I don't have a digital camera, seeing your pics, helped to confirm much of what I was seeing, knowing it wasn't my imagination.

Reading from 'matchmaker', that she sleeps well and has more energy, is also true for me. Even some of the menopausal issues I was experiencing are now gone. If I had to start over again from the beginning, I would. It is worth it all to be feeling this good... Waiting til January to begin again is tortuous.

And Chaya? All I can think to say is, "wow".
