I just posted a reply message to you on the Agnes & Bob forum...since the lemon water works so well for you this further confirms what I said about electrolytes. Although acidic, lemon actually alkalinizes your body...and minerals do this, too. An acid condition in the body contributes to constipation for many. Take your minerals girl!
