Psyllium seed is not nearly as effective at moving things through as psyllium husk...whole husk or powdered. Also, it's better to use liquid Bentonite than a combination that includes powdered...and this formula contains cascara sagrada...not something you want to use on an ongoing basis. You might want to try plain psyllium husk once you get things moving again...an enema should do it.

You may also not be drinking enough water...half your body weight in ounces is the daily requirement...and that does not include the extra water you need to be drinking with the colon cleanse.
