hi,
i wanted to do a kidney cleanse as part of an overall cleanse process. how long would it be good to take the Watermelon seed tea? weeks? would it work as well if i made a tincture of it? or a decoction that i could make all at once and then drink at the right times? i am becoming very fascinated with making tinctures.
just curious as to what you would think, as Watermelon time is here, yay! and i am collecting my seeds.
