i was a fruitarian from febuary 2009 to july 2009, 5.5 months total, it wrecked my health and my dentition.

-bladder was iritated all the time, i'd urinate 10+ times/day
-heart palpitations
-muscles weakened
-i lost so much weight that i was sporting the Auschwitz look
-3 caries
-insomnia

All in all, i was wasting away. I have a hard time believing anyone can be on that diet for 10+ years.

I've added meat back to my diet and i'm doing sooo much better, i can't believe i fell for PETA-like propaganda, it almost killed me.
