I use the bucket and tube from sawilsons.com, and feed the tube a foot or so up in there a little at at time. I'll push it in a little and let some coffee out to relax the muscles and to keep the tube warm and flexible. It takes 15 minutes or so to get all the coffee in, letting it out to the count of 5 each time and then waiting for it to settle. Maybe you're letting it in too fast?
