Raynauds. I agree with you Neo.

I have been tested for Raynauds due to cold hands/feet and blue nail beds. I mean startlingly blue. I've tried the Iodine therapy - orthoiodosupplementation. Now, I don't get the blue nails but still the cold appendages. Embarrassing to shake hands with people. Winters are ugly.

I'm more and more convinced that our hypothalamus needs greater support. Glands do not communicate together without the hypothalamus functioning properly. No matter how much I try to support my glands/organs, nothing will work until better communication takes place.
