Hi,

I am sorry to hear that you are having such a hard time. I am not far behind you though. I have a handful of vegetables that I can eat plus red meat & turkey and that's it. I just read a great book, food allergies : Disease in Disuguise. I bought it on ebay for $1 and it has been the best dollar I have spent thus far. The therapy is all about getting rid of parasites/candida, healing the gut and taking digestive enzymes to heal the allergies. I have just started the regimen and can alraedy tell a difference.
