Hello.. I posted yesterday, but for some reason my whole post has disappeared.. strange.. My question is this, I started using a product called "Perfect7" this is my 4th day. Since using it I have not had a movement at all. I've been drinking about 64oz of water a day (too little?). Not sure what to do, should I quit taking the product or continue taking it? How long does it normally take to have a movement this seems awfully long. Hopefully I've left enough info and this post won't disappear.. Thanks so much!
