Hi There.. I started using 3 days ago a product called "perfect 7", problem is I haven't "gone" since I started using it and I feel just plain yucky.. I thought I was drinking enough water.. about a gallon a day.. not sure if I should quit taking the perfect 7, or continue with it and hope for a movement.. or what exactly to do.. any advice I would GREATLY appreciate!!! Thank!
