Have been having trouble with blurred vision the last month or so and went to have my eyes checked last Friday.  The doc said my eyes were a bit worse but not that much.  He also said he saw 'cloudiness' but it wasn't anything to be concerned about yet.  I am getting new lenses and I'm hoping that will correct the problem and that it's not something ELSE causing blurry vision!  My parents both had to have cataract surgery so I want to avoid getting cataracts.

What is a good course of action to keep eyes healthy and avoid cataracts?
