Check out this tread Neo. I asked HV about the hypothalamus; because I had researched that it is the master gland. Unless it is working, there is little communication between the glandular system. I knew mine was weak; at least according to an ND's diagnosis. Then I read that coleus forskohlii and zinc are very supportive to the hypothalamus.
