Last year I did two Master Cleanses - I've felt for years that there was something clogging my system, especially my lower g.i. tract. I felt healthy and great after completing them but still felt like I had a gut full of something. I dug a little deeper on the Curezone site and discovered the Bentonite and psyllium cleanse - thought about trying it for a while and decided to take the plunge just this week. I cannot believe that I have been harboring all of the gunk that is being expelled from my body. This cleanse really seems to be working. I did experience some discomfort early on: low grade fever and a bit of cramping. I realize now that as the detoxification process worked, my body was trying to force out the toxins. Last night was the first successful evacuation of the placque everyone keeps mentioning - gross stuff.

This community of experts made it possible for me to take control of my health issues without any doctor's intervention. I tried that route and came up really unsatisfied; it is amazing how doctors will test for random issues over and over again without coming to a real conclusion. Thanks for providing all of your insight and support.
