I agree Trapper, I think we both agree though, that people need iodine, but I think that when newbies come into the forum, or even in my own experience of giving info to my friends and family, the first principle is to get some Iodine into people, in whatever form, without making it too complex. I have found that the more simple the protocol the more likely people are going to follow it. People can tweak and change the protocol to suit themselves once they have more knowledge about the different forms, doses, and other supps. Initially just getting people to consider Iodine supps is the hard part.

lol Trap, I did get textbook results, from the textbook protocol, this is the story of my life :) Every natural supplement I've tried has had the exact expected result, lol, Dad always said I had the constitution of a Mallie Bull, lol, make that 'the average' Mallie Bull.
