Too much of anything is bad for you. I love garlic in food, and onions, and I'd like to see more proof of these negative effects, before I stop eating garlic. I'm not a fan of raw garlic or onions, and I'm not a pilot, so I don't think I'll be worrying about this.

Garlic as a poison!!, Everything is a poison if missused or overdone, even water.
