Hi:

My eyesight was -3.75 in one eye and -3.50 in another eye. Over the last two years, I've been following a Weston Price diet, drinking kefir, taking vitamins..avoiding all sugars and processed foods. I also took out my mercury fillings. In addition, I've been detoxing (coffee enemas, Epsom Salt baths).

I just came from the eye doctor and my eyes have improved to -2.75 and -2.50! I leave my glasses off when I am home in the house and only use them to drive. I was getting headaches and eye strain from my old glasses and decided to be checked!
