mullein is the best as ive heard its still medicinal to the lungs even if smoked.

im smoking raspberry leaf just now which i assume is ok, lobellia too ive heard.

they wont get you the dopamine hit like nicotine does though so minus fixating you with the act of smoking they dont take away cravings.

luckily i just use them as a filler for other things:).
