Here is what I posted in another forum in response to this yesterday...

"We're just looking into what may have caused these unfortunate injuries and deaths"

Not enough readily available mineral salts (electrolytes)... most likely were not very healthy to begin with and shouldn't have been in there for more than 10 or 15 minutes at most... let alone 2 hours. :-\
