I do have a question for you... my fasts in the past I have never really paid attention to vitals... I will this time, but how low is your heart rate that it's causing such dizziness? I ask because I am starting out on the low end of normal... pulse average is 60 and bp 110/65...

Hope you don't mind the questions... I start my fast tomorrow and I want to be fully prepared for what's to come. My last fast was almost two years ago and I have forgotten all the details of it...

Be strong... hopefully the urge to nibble will pass quickly!
