I tried it just as a kidney cleanse. I think it may have helped because I have problems with my legs, which I believe are due to poor kidney function and these improved around the time I did this cleanse. Anyway, it was a huge amount of Coke to drink and it got me going, I mean really going, it sure does flush you out. I can't comment on whether it helps with stones, but I believe it would, as others have been helped by the phosphoric acid (found in coke).
