Hi there! I've only ever had 1 bm a day...until I started the cleanses last November. Now I have TWO bm's a day! woweeeee! Basically, I start my day off with a litre of warm water in a glass bottle...drunk over about 2 hours. I have two excellent-sized bm's now! Definitely try the lots-of-warm-water thing in the morning.
