hi danny, it probably would be a good idea to mix some psyllium with the Bentonite (make a p and b shake). this should help move out what the paragone is killing and what the Bentonite is adsorbing. if the waste is not exiting in a timely manner, it could make you feel quite ill. i believe paragone is best taken on empty stomach, as is the p and b shakes. what i do is take my paragone pills and tincture 1st thing in the morning, wait about an hour and take my shake, wait about another hour, and then i eat. i will leave the probiotics, oil, and salt to be better explained by those more experienced by myself. i wish you good health, and happy cleansing.. peenut
