You are at just about the right stage for "exciting" die-off. It will peak for a few days - then go down. Make sure you are drinking at least 2 quarts of water per day and that you are having regular bowel movements.

The bumps are from toxins being pushed out through your skin - when the liver is overloaded with toxins - the skin will jump in and help remove them too - this is why you have the bumps.

They will go away. I am so happy for you!
