Before I started this cleanse I felt like I was coming down with a cold or allergies. It seemed to go away but since I started the HW it is back with a vengeance! I think its allergies because I dont really feel bad. I have terrible itchy eyes, stuffed nose, dry wheezing (which I never get), and its lasted the whole time on the HW so far. I know its die off and such, I just wish the darn things would die already! Anyway, the palms of my hands and the bottom of my feet have broken out with what appears to be a fungus. They are little bumps that itch. Although these things are a nuisance, I am so thrilled that they are happening. This is the first cleanse I have done (and I have done a lot of them) where I have actually had things happen. And then to find the tapeworm pieces, eggs, and liver flukes is such a bonus. The pleasant side to this cleanse is that for the first time in 25 years, the last 2 nights I have slept for 6 hours straight without waking up. I usually wake up probably 10-15 times a night. Just rolling over would wake me up. I am anxious to see if this continues. It feels sooooo good to finally get some much needed, constant sleep!
