Ok, started the p&b shakes um...Thursday night. I took one that night and started on two the next day. Ok, so I have been have really gross bm's since! No black stuff. But really big, stomach emptying, satisfying, weight lossing bm's. And thatks to a post by Ocean, I believe, I stared with the psyllium powder and not the whole husks and haven't had any constipation. I had a headache for the first two days, but I am ok now. Cool but kind of scary, looking in the toilet afterward. I am scared as to what I might find each time I go and on top of that, my family thinks I have an unnatural obsession with my colon! I like the results thus far. Will keep you all posted!
