Hi all,

I have fasted before for about 2 weeks. But it has been a long time. I want to go back to eating healthy and being healthy. My current weight is 155 lbs and my weight is 5'4. I have been eating raw for the last couple of days. I am hoping to start a Water Fast from Monday. Wish me luck!
